How do I add Facilities to TSW?

Adding multiple facilities to TSW is an easy task when following these steps!

In ThreatSwitch you can load multiple Facilities and assign your cleared personnel to different facilities. This Support Article instructs Security Managers or FSOs on how to add multiple facilities to your ThreatSwitch account. 

Step 1: Log into your TSW account as an Admin or Security Manager. After logging in select the 'Administration' feature on the left hand side panel. You will then have the option to open 'Facilities'. This is where you can review, update or add new facilities.

Step 2: Select 'Add Facility' and then begin entering in the fields provided. The required fields are 'Legal Name', 'Alias Name', and 'CAGE Code'. All other information is important for reporting purposes. Select 'Save Changes' --- you have successfully added a new facility to your TSW account. 

The more you know: You can also add personnel to facilities by viewing the "Personnel" tab. By selecting "Add Personnel" you can add the appropriate cleared people to this facility. You can also remove users by selecting the checkbox to the left of their name. You can add or remove multiple people at once this way as well.
