Making updates to the facilities an employee is associated with is an easy task in TSW. Follow the instructions below to learn how to remove a Cage Code from an employees profile. 

  1. Log into your TSW account and select the 'People' feature on the left side panel.

  2. Search for the employee that needs to have their information updated

  3. On the 'Profile' tab, review the 'Assigned Facilities' section, select 'Edit'

  4. Here you can change the Main Facility, remove current facilities or add new ones - there is no limit to the amount of facilities an employee is associated with

  5. Select 'Save' and... Congrats! You have successfully updated the employees cage codes
