You may have noticed the 'Assigned Facilities' section in your employee profile. This section identifies the Cage Code you belong to and/or the location where you work. Users can be assigned to different facilities based on location, cage code or their Security Manager.

As an employee you could be assigned to one or multiple facilities. Each facility has a dedicated Security Manager or Team that is responsible for their personnel. The Security Manager will receive a notification for any items you submit in ThreatSwitch. They will then take the appropriate next steps.

If you believe there is incorrect information, please reach out to your Security Team to have them verify the facilities you should be assigned to.
