Travel plans change and because of that, we have allowed Admins, Security Managers and Employees delete their previously Travel Reports. Check out the steps below to learn how to delete the FTR:
As an Admin/Security Manager:
Go to 'Reported Info" --> Select 'Foreign Travel'
Identify the travel report that is no longer relevant or invalid
Hover your mouse over that line item / report
On the far right, two options will appear; 'Edit' or 'Delete'
Select delete if it is no longer valid OR edit it if items need to be adjusted
For employees:
Log into ThreatSwitch and select 'Travel'
Identify the travel report that is no longer relevant or invalid
Hover your mouse over that line item / report
On the far right, two options will appear; 'Edit' or 'Delete'
Select delete if it is no longer valid OR edit it if items need to be adjusted. Please note, employees cannot delete Post-Travel Reports that have are in a Submitted status.
